About Me
Hi! My name is Tabitha Riley, and I make websites.
I am front-end developer and UI/UX designer based in the North West of England.
I was making my first websites and forums in my early teens, using builders and tools such as Piczo and ProBoards.
Originally an actor, I studied Acting at the Arts University Bournemouth. I graduated with a First-Class honours degree in 2017. While I was there, I made multiple commerical websites - including acting portfolio sites and a marketing site for a theatre production.
In 2020, a certain pandemic helped push me into studying web development and full-stack engineering in earnest. In August 2022, I earned my certificate in Full-Stack Engineering from Codecademy. You can see more of my skills and certificates below.
My work includes the new site for the Parish of JC Lytham , built using WordPress with a custom theme made using TypeScript, Latte PHP templating, Sass, and React. I also made Dramate , a resource website for drama students - though this version will be phased out once the new version built with Hugo is ready. You can see my full portfolio below.
